If you have any problems or are dissatisfied with your Pixie Glassworks product within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us to make arrangements for an exchange or refund of your original purchase amount. Items that are unused and in original packaging will qualify for a full refund. Shipping charges for returned items may apply.
We may ask for a photo of damaged or defective items to be submitted, in order for us to determine a cause and action. Please keep in mind that our products are made from glass, and though borosilicate is extremely durable, it is not unbreakable.

Damage caused by misuse, or by using tools other than those described may result in the nullification of any warranty available.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged as determine by Pixie Glassworks, or if an item is unsatisfactory and has not been used and is still in it's original packaging. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
